Hi Guys,

Just to let you know we're planning on having a flash talk evening
tonight and it should be a good one, however i also understand that
some people have been living through a winter wonderland Christmas
card scene.  If you can cool, it will be a laugh but if its snowy/icey
where you are then wrap up warm and catch you at the xmas party or
something
