Suse.....hmmm,german distro.....
whats the problem?

no boot?

if all else fails try the kernel mailing list (archives) there usually really good for
solving problems with weird hardware..

I see you are on bleeding edge, not cutting edge.... havn't you got an old 486 you
can install it on ;-)

shouldnt be that hard. have you tried noacpi noapic kernel options.
remember i had to set them wehn i instaled suse,
