At present there isn't a lot of information given:

Nov 12-15: Delivery by Dec 24
Nov 16-30: Delivery between Dec 26-Jan 15
Dec 1-31: Delivery in early 2008
CANADA
All Canada deliveries will be made in early 2008. We will post an update as
soon as we can project more exact shipping dates.*
