[dundee] OLPC likely defunct

i agree, and come to think of it production would propably be cheaper there
so maybe instead of selling them the laptops we should sell them the
facilities to produce them. Instead of paying for a finished laptop we pay
for the resources for 2 and then we recieve one and they use the second one.
