on page 24, i might have put the word "leaders" in quotation marks, rather
than open source.  ;)  leader is such a dirty word these days. hehe.

anhyoo, it's encouraging to see it being aproached with an ontological view
like that from within such organisations as the FDA, but still.... we cannot
overlook page 2 which perhaps puts this into context more than any other
page paragraph or phrase in the piece.  the disclaimer.
