[dundee] Bad phorm, ISPs spying for your 'protection' and to line their pockets with advertising

The danger with this is that those ISPs will follow suit.... one card
topples and the whole stack come tumbling down.

One needs to be proactive on such issues (as much as we can be) to killing
them at source, before their ideas take hold and other companys deem it as
acceptable and base their figures on the success of others.
