Hi Nistur, if I can have them friday and saturday or a few days earlier,
it will give me the opportunity to familiarise myself with them. I would
like to arrange to have them mid week some time after to present at a
nursery then a primary school. obviously two are going to go down much
better. I am also ( once this course work is finished) going to install
moodle/ mpp server on a spare hard drive to demo the serverside to the
teachers. the fact that moodle is not tied to OLPC and provides many of
what are becoming mandatory educational online services. the only
problem I am having is sourcing an open source content control system
accredited or supplying the blocks for adult material, this might need
an ipchains hack using one of the open databases of blacklisted
addresses but this is too easily circumvented.

In short if Jens is OK I could take them earlier or I can come through
to Dundee on Sunday or Monday (8am) and hand them over. the hard drive
will be a standard 2.5"ide laptop with a clean install of ubuntu which I
could include - if you had an old enough laptop. This would allow
development /promotion of the admin side which is probably what would
sell the system to the power brokers( schools/teachers).
