Hi Guys,

As per the last meeting, i'm contacting the university with regards to
having a room booked for all of those interested in helping with the
site.

I'm open to suggestions for the time and date, some days i'm not
available and some i am.  You'll more than likely not need me there in
person, and if i can't make it I'll send Nick in my place.  (i'll find
a hat for him)

If i don't hear anything, i'll just book a date that i think is convenient.
