Hehehe, well looking into it a bit more, the obvious seems a fair snap
shot.  The regions of the card could be buggered, my main interest was
to see if this was replicated on other ipw2200 drivers or not.  The
fix all though looks complicated it isn't all of that, not that i'm
actually that bothered
