Okay so meeting tomorrow, our very own Arron (aka Finux) will be
talking about the use of rainbow tables how they relate to password
hashs and how they dramatically cut the time it takes to crack them.

The theory is an easy one, however the results are mind blowing. Of
particular use to anyone with even a slight interest in security.
