[dundee] Nagios config to Google maps PHP script

Hi All,
I have developed a tiny PHP script to translate Nagios config to Google
Maps. It is poorly written, but does the job well - I am planning on
extending it a lot in the next few months.

And the actual implementation with real network is accessible via
http://wifi-mon.shmu.org.uk/nagmap/

The script does not show the status of the network, just its physical
infrastructure (for now). Also - what you see on the site is the actual
ConnectedMiddlefield network backbone infrastructure, not just a demo of the
software :)
