[dundee] Outdated IRC

I has long standing-ish IRC network (2003~2004 onwards).

Alias it to irc.trueirc.net and it should be fine.

The good news is I employ someone (for free) to run it who does a very good job, so it's around to stay.

It's been pointed out to me that the IRC server shown in all the signatures on the mailing list isn't actually running. does anyone fancy setting one up?
