I'd like to join, even not on Monday morning, but don't know if I can be of any help.
Just let me know when you thing to meet.
I'll be busy on Monday till 5, Tuesday I am free, Wednesday I am free in the morning till 2, Friday I am free before noon and after 2 pm.

Noooo, you misunderstand. I want to go down and book the meeting ON monday morning, not FOR monday morning. I need to know the best dates and times for people to come, and rough numbers is all I'm asking.
