We had a module on Haskell in my uni course. The lecturer swore by
functional languages and although most of the students thought he was
off his rocker, he was starting to bring me round. I didn't stick with
it though, save for a brief encounter with OCaml when I studied in
France. At the time, it made my brain melt but since getting into the
swing of using blocks in Ruby, I think I'd handle it much better now.
But what would I use it for? I'm not sure...
