[dundee] Investigating resource hungry processes

Agree with all the others, you seldom need more than top, ps and
lsof...  Though I'd add that the 'uptime' command can be useful as it
prints out the load-average over the last 1, 5 and 15 minutes... This
can be good at helping spot performance spikes.
