[dundee] Camera + Skype

I have the one on my netbook working (using uvcvideo) and my PC has the
cheapest webcam from argos, all cheap webcams seem to be Microdia(?) And use
the gspcav1 module. I don't really use it enough to make buying an expensive
one worthwhile.
