Well I decided to go with Emacs, though a month ago I was adamant I was going to learn to Vi/Vim. Going to make a concentrated effort to learn it and not go back to neutral indecisive procrastination, in that spirit do any existing Emacs users have tips, tricks or config options that may be useful.
