Did you inherit this code or can you rewrite the orginal generation code? It
looks very like an XML file dropped straight into a bunch of objects: perhaps
the original generartion code has an additonal function to turn the data into
the format you want.
Otherwise I think you'll have to brute-force it with a nest of "foreach"es: it
should be easy enough (although if you are going to do that you might as well
write the original parsing code, assuming my guess about the origin is
correct).
