[dundee] Business

Hey guys, just some business,


The next meeting is this week, and it's going to be our AGM, so all members
must attend if possible. As far as location goes, Margaret ( the person the
rooms have to be booked through) has been away in a meeting, and then off on
holiday, every time I've tried to book a room in the uni. I'm going to
attempt again to contact her today, and if she is away, I'll speak to the
vice president of the student association and get us a room.

Meeting after this, will be a flash talks night, for which i currently only
have one speaker.  (3 more needed) There will be more info on Thursday.

Im unsure if the AGM will take up the entire night (as this is your
opportunity to give feedback/comments/suggestions about the society too...)
so I'll have a 10 minute (or so) talk lined up incase we don't fill the
slot. Don't worry, you'll get your moneys worth.

Nominations for society positions need to get to me before Tomorrow
(Wednesday) at the latest.

I'll know before the end of the day where we are on thursday, so check the
list for updates.
