[dundee] Portable Ubuntu

Found a neat little program here, runs inside any win32 environment, from a
usb pen, and it acts similar to a headless VM.

It's basically an entire ubuntu system, but you only see the panels. you
have access to everything you would in a normal ubuntu system, including the
installing of apps.

May have to start using this on the windows machine in the HMC :D
