[dundee] Digital Economy Bill

This now looks like being enacted as the last act of the Labour, 
Conservative and Lib Dem, parties. One of the other by products of this 
bill is that it may very well do away with analogue radio by 2016. as one 
of those who cannot get a terrestrial signal, (due to the topography), this 
latter issue just adds insult to injury. I would ask all those reading this 
to put this point to those seeking their vote on May the 6th.
