I'm using openbox on both my netbook and my desktop. It scales really well,
and is very configurable.

I'm actually running crunchbang linux http://crunchbanglinux.org/ the 9.04
release having done do-release upgrade upto 10.04
and also running the new statler aplha2.
interestingly enough. corenomial (philip) has two desktop options for
statler. one with openbox and tint2
and a heavily modified version of xfce which looks identical to openbox
layout with the added helper of autogen menus.
