[dundee] Requirements cryptographic hash functions

Hey guys,

I believe to remember at the following requirement for a crypto hash function:

"By changing one input bit more than 50% of the output bits must changed."

I can't find anything to verify this. Know everyone more or had a  
source which verify this statement.
