Open Source Law Review (IFOSSLR), published every six months, to discuss
topics within open source that includes: copyrights; licensing; software
patents; open standards; case law; statutes. The issue volume 1 no.2 is
available for download in PDF format. You can download volume 1 no.1 from
the archive.

I personally liked the case law report of Back to the Future about a
copyright case held in the Court of Session, Edinburgh in 1773.
