We bought a bag of 100 a few years ago. Off the top of my head these are 6mm screws.
I believe we got them from here:

Hope this helps :)

Subject: [dundee] HDD tray screws
Hi all, as were doing the whole hardware thing today ..
I have been looking for screws for a rack server case (fileserver)
The case has hot swappable hdd bays that unfortunately need special screws to secure drives in to the caddies
these screws have to be flush with the tray edge so that it will slide into enclosure. (tray has countersunk holes)
the screws i need look like this http://dl.dropbox.com/u/272812/hdd_caddy_screw.jpg
caddie is simalr to this http://preview.tinyurl.com/yl49b25
eg two holes either side of the tray.
if anyone knows a source of these screw that be amazing.
looked almost everywhere i can think.
cheers
azmodie
