[dundee] Microsoft takes down whistleblower site on its secret document to government agencies

Seemingly Microsoft has produced a secret document called  "Global Criminal
Compliance Handbook" for Government agencies, this guy posted it and his web
site was taken down. If you want to download the document in PDF format it
is included in this article:
