Dundee Central Library has wifi that requires no login - was using my
Ubuntu netbook in there last week with no intention of trying to go
online and it auto-connected without intervention!! They do have a
content filter/proxy in place, so things like popular anonymous web
proxies, pron, etc are blocked.
