[dundee] Meeting on the 27th

Hi all

The talk is going to be about building LibVLC into custom c++ program. It
will be a step by step build on fedora, but the same should apply for any
other opperating system.

I will bring along working source so people can have a go.

The code itself is only a few lines so should be easy for most to follow.
