[dundee] India's $35 tablet expected to launch this month

About a year ago I posted an article about how India was going to produce
$35 laptops/tablets, seemingly these machines are going to be launched this
month at an initial cost of $49. Looking at the specification of this
machine, I wonder how do they manage this for the $49 cost.
