Ryan,
Ideal time for you to gather the officers together, new and old, and get
some collective solutions to this problem. It's what we are here for!
There are plenty of things we can do to sort this out, and frankly from what
I have heard you say about these new rules being brought in I think that
implementing one of them will make the society stronger, whatever form it
will take in future.
I am sure that I speak for both the officers and the collective membership
in saying you are not alone in this battle and never will be. Grab me at
the meeting tonight and I'll run some ideas past you.
