[dundee] Meeting 12th January 18:30

Dear All,

First, I wish all of you a Happy New Year! (at least those for whom this is 
the New Year - for the others, Happy Continuation of your Current Year!).

On Thursday the 12th of January, The Software Society will be holding its 
first open meeting at 18:30 in the Burgh Coffee House, Castle Street, Dundee. 
All (members and non-members) are welcome: the speaker will be Scott Cowie 
giving a talk on "A Civilian's View of Security". There will also be an 
opportunity for attendees to become members.

After the talk, existing (and just joined) members will be asked to propose at 
least one new director. There might also be some beer consumed. Who knows?
