AFAICT the GPL has no such conditions, But as always, for legal advice
ask a Lawyer.
You can have a Firefox situation, where there are certain things you
need to abide by to still call it Firefox. Debian make sufficient
changes that they need to call it something else (Iceweasel). But
that's not a licensing thing, it's a trademark name thing.
