[dundee] Removing a blocked site from an IPCop firewall

Might be worth checking what actually happens from the clients perspective
when you try to access youtube, I.e can you even resolve YouTube.com (could
you have 'blocked' it via DNS). Hopefully this will give you a clue as to
where to look!
