Good evening,

Its another week and another talk. This week our topic will be Databases. A dry
subject, but when the host is Robert Ladyman you know it'll be good! Now in his
own words...

I remember when this was all fields...

A brief history and quick overview of Databases and Datastores (and Databases 
versus Datastores), plus how to choose and not choose which of them to use. 
Comes complete with a visit from Rodney the Rabid Relational Gorilla and the 
Numpty NoSql fairies. Be there or be somewhere else*.

* Highly probable if your transport system is run using MySQL
