[dundee] CentOS Project is now being sponsored by Red Hat

The  CentOS project, a free community rebuild of Red Hat source code, is
now being sponsored by Red Hat (about time this happened) to work as part
of the Open Source and Standards team and to facilitate faster development
in cloud computing, storage and virtualization technologies etc.
