The other option is reveal.js which supports markdown but I think you do
that as markdown inside html rather than pure markdown. It has a web gui to
building slides as well which is great for the code adverse. http://slid.es

Also the very beautiful markdown writing webapp Draft literally started
supporting very simple sideshows yesterday. https://draftin.com
