[dundee] 2 new low cost Linux Computing Devices (£6 & £10)

There are 2 new low cost Linux devices that are just out.

The first one is claimed to be the world's cheapest at £6 ($9).

Seems this is just the alpha version, I don't know about shipping costs etc.

The second one is the Orange Pi PC which sells for £10 ($15).

With the board + power cable + shipping to the UK it is £13.76 ($20.87).
