[Nelug] Apache Webserver

I've disabled squid (I should have thought about that!) now I get the
following:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/2.0.47 (Trustix Secure Linux/Linux) Server at 192.168.0.2 Port 80

I thought it might be something to do with file permisions but they are the
same as the previous file(s) ie owned by root with group being root. The new
files are also located in the same dir as before (/home/httpd/html). I'm at
a complete loss at the moment!
