[Nelug] Converting video to flv

since as the Wii is lacking a media player the only apparent way to
show videos through it is to convert them to flv and throw up a
webserver

the only difficulty im having is finding a decent tool to convert from
avi/wmv to flv all i can find is  useless windows tools that either
crash of fail to properly conver anythink over 10 mins long which is
useless for streaming tv shows through it


any ideas guys?
