[Durham] Where to buy a Raspberry Pi

Where's the best (cheapest) place to buy some pie? I've looked at
CPC/Farnell, RSONLINE, and Amazon. Although I've got most bits kicking about
I'm not sure about a PSU - and I notice that some comments suggest a minimum
spec for the PSU depending on what you might do with the Raspberry Pi.

I like the idea of the 'kit' on the CPC website (e.g.
http://cpc.farnell.com/raspberry-pi/rpi-b-kit1/raspberry-pi-model-b-basic-st
arter/dp/SC12764 ) but I'm thinking I should be able to create my own Linux
SD card.

Thoughts / experiences?

Thanks,

Dougie
