Dear Mark,

I fully agree with your environmental viewpoint, having spent a lot of my
working life writing Environmental Impact Statements in excruciating detail
(a large chunk of an RPA's life is spent doing this!). I think you have put
the case very well indeed.

Two things which arise from this:

1)  There needs to be parking available at the venue - preferably free.

2)  My wife is a professional artist and has so polluted me that I can from
time to time produce exciting posters, given all details and people's
thoughts as to what ideas will best illustrate/entertain/illuminate the
issue the poster is about.  We have an A3+ printer running with flow-cell,
so reasonable print runs in A3/4 no problem
