[Durham] Web and email hosting

I've just returned from a DC inspection with UKFast in Manchester.  What
I'm looking at is slightly different to the 'ask' here, but I believe that
they start small and can scale up.  3.6Tbit to the datacentre is quite
handy too... ;)
