[Falkirk] customised knoppix

There were some queries about customising knoppix at the last meeting and
I found some instructions on how to do it at

You just copy the large loop filesystem file to hard disk, chroot and
apt-get or whatever to customise it then copy it back.  Not sure how the
loop filesystem file is bootstrapped though.
