[Falkirk] java applet X server

There was some interest in this last night.  It is either very impressive
or totally nuts.

It's called wiredx (and runs as a signed applet to get the required
premissions) which can be used at no cost but there's also weirdx that I
didn't get round to trying and is a GPLd fork within the same company.
