[Falkirk] New IRC channel

Hello everyone,

We have started an IRC channel on Freenode called #falkirklug :)

While I would recommend for general linux help and chat still going to
#scotlug we feel we needed a place to discuss the setup and issues of
the Falkirk LUG in a public place other than #scotlug.

If anyone has any questions or needs help using IRC then please just
post to the list :)
