[Falkirk] Tonights meeting

Hello all,

Figured it would be a good time to start a tradition of posting what
happened at the meeting so those of us that can't make it along know
what is going on :)

First off we had an awesome talk from Raymond Setchfield of XCalibre
talking about what they have been doing with the Linux based ZXTM.
Thanks again Ray :)

We also had a chat about a few tasks that need to be done to get the
LUG more active here in Falkirk, below is a list of what was agreed.

- Barry is going to take on the creation of a web site for the LUG, I
will provide the web and domain hosting.

- Callum is going to take over any of the general admin for the LUG,
both Callum and I have been sharing this task since the LUG started up
again however I need to focus my time in other projects and Callum has
some great ideas to get the LUG going.

- Greg has created a great logo for the LUG however there may be an
issue of copyright which Greg is going to deal with and get back to us
on.

Finally there has been discussion of an install day some time soon, it
has been suggested that this would be best done with support from the
local college and I agree.  The aim would be to have this after the
new year to allow planning to be done and funding to be gathered,
anyone who would like to help with this please reply to this post.

I think that was everything, if I have missed anything please let me
know.  After the meeting we all retired to The Carron Works where much
beer and chat was had by all :D
