[Gla.LUG] Google's Summer of Code

Hello,

As some of you may be aware, Google run a program which pays students to 
develop open source software. To learn more, click here:

If you apply, you will be paid quit a substantial amount ($4,500, I 
believe - see the FAQ) for your efforts, so it's well worth looking 
into. Although, I would hope that the payment will be a consequence, and 
not a motivation for your interest.

If enough people are interested, I think we should have a meeting to 
suggest projects, and whatnot. If you like the idea, then please reply 
so I can get an idea of how many people would attend.
