Seriously though, doing a search on  www.google.com  will provide a
good source of URLs for HTML tutorials, JavaScript tutorials, and all
web-design related stuff.  There's loads of it out there.

Again, this is probably the wrong list for asking general questions
about web-design techniques.  Maybe other list-members would like to set
up a discussion group off-list, specifically for web-site design help
and queries?
