python is a very friendly programming language:
it was something that  eric raymond  put me onto with the cathedral and
the bazaar (http://www.distarnia.net/fractalsoup/how.html) way back but
have only now got into thanks to the zaurus pda
(http://www.killefiz.de/zaurus/) and a little time in between coffee and
a sandwich ;-)

btw linux format have been running some tutorials:
this uses pycrust the visual version (gui)
(it is love)
