[Glastonbury] exactitude in e-mail addresses

I've been quietly going nuts trying to figure out what was
happening today -- like, why were your mails getting held back for
moderation?
Until I noticed that some are sent as s~TV; others as s~tv.

s~TV  good
s~tv  bad

Now, normally, e-mail addresses are case-insensitive.
In your case, this doesn't seem to happen.  So what character code
exactly are you using for the tilde, for each address?  Is it the same
for each?

[ And on a related note: my exim/pine combo drops the tilde and
everything before it from your e-mail address anyway -- you come out as
TV (or tv) only.  Just thought you might like to be aware of that.]
